At Aven Services, we believe taking care of your property shouldn’t be complicated, stressful, or unpredictable. We’re a locally owned Central Texas property services company built around one simple idea: give property owners one dependable company they can call when work needs to get done.
Our Background
Aven Services was founded by Louis Symons, a lifelong Central Texan with deep roots in the communities we serve. Louis grew up around Carmine, Ledbetter, Burton, and Giddings. He attended both Round Top-Carmine ISD and Burton ISD. Growing up in this part of Texas meant being surrounded by farms, ranches, small towns, local businesses, and people who take pride in their land and property. Those roots continue to influence how Aven Services does business today.
Louis earned an Associate degree in Drafting & Design Technology from Texas State Technical College in 2015 and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences with a focus in Agricultural Engineering from Sam Houston State University in 2018. With more than 11 years of experience in construction and related industries, his background combines technical design, agriculture, construction, risk management, and hands-on problem solving.
What We Do
Today, Aven Services works with homeowners, landowners, landlords, businesses, farms, and ranches throughout Central Texas. Our services range from lawn care, landscaping, and handyman work to farm and ranch services, rental make-readies, and ongoing property maintenance.
